Practical questions about programmes, deliverables and how we work with Singapore teams.
How does a programme run, and what do you receive along the way?
You begin with a scoping working session where we map your challenge to a programme on the rail — P-01 through P-06. Each programme has defined milestones: discovery, framework build, creative direction, channel system design and final deliverable handover. You receive written documents at every milestone — positioning frameworks, brand platform guides, campaign blueprints or editorial calendars depending on your programme. Working sessions run in SGT, typically weekly or fortnightly, with async review between. Programme 06 advisory runs monthly. You always know what the next milestone delivers before it starts.
How long does a typical programme take?
Most programmes run between six and twelve weeks depending on scope and your team's availability for working sessions. A positioning sprint (P-01) can complete in four to six weeks. A full launch programme (P-05) typically spans eight to fourteen weeks. We confirm timeline in your statement of work after the scoping session.
Who do you typically work with?
Singapore founders, marketing leads, brand managers and communications directors at scale-ups and mid-size companies. We also work with APAC regional teams headquartered in the city-state. Common categories include B2B SaaS, fintech, professional services and consumer goods entering new markets.
What happens in the first working session?
Discovery. We review your current positioning, audience segmentation, existing channel mix and the challenge driving the enquiry. You leave with a recommended programme path and a draft milestone map on the spark board. If you proceed, we formalise scope in a statement of work.
What does a campaign-architecture deliverable include?
A campaign blueprint with phased story arc, channel mix diagram, media planning framework, message hierarchy per phase and a milestone checklist. It is a working document your team executes against — integrated communications planning, not a presentation that gathers dust.
How is creative direction reviewed during a programme?
Creative direction milestones include sample territories, tone boundaries and a review framework tied to your brand platform. We run structured critique sessions with clear accept, revise or reject criteria at each checkpoint. Your internal team learns the framework, not just the output.
What are your working hours and timezone?
Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT. Working sessions are scheduled within these hours. Async review and document delivery may extend into early evening by agreement. We coordinate with APAC regional stakeholders across compatible timezones from our Beach Road studio.
How do you handle personal data under PDPA?
We collect only what is needed to deliver your programme and respond to enquiries. Data is stored securely, retained per our Privacy Policy and never sold to third parties. Request access or correction by writing to [email protected]. See the Privacy Policy for full detail on retention and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act.
How are proposals scoped?
After the scoping working session, we draft a statement of work listing programme milestones, deliverables, session cadence and commercial terms. We describe engagement format — sprint, project, retainer or advisory — in the proposal. Figures appear in the statement of work only, never on this site.
